From the direction of the Hanwa way, it comes down from the Kansai Airport tollgate at the first Izumisano Rinkuu Town exit, and is the third 200m left-hand side of signal (Matsubara crossing) right-turn. The direction of Wangansen use gets down from the Izumisano south exit, and is 200m left-hand side (please move on * crossing this side left-hand side way) of left-turn going straight about left turn and the fourth signal (Matsubara) in a gate tower building front.
